- Every customer you meet is going through a major life moment. Your job is to step in, understand their needs, and guide them through a clear, thoughtful plan that helps them feel confident moving forward.
- This is not just an estimating role. You are responsible for building trust, owning the relationship, and helping customers make a decision.
- You’ll work with high-quality opportunities while also building relationships in the local market to generate repeat and referral business.
